**Please note the guarantee expires once the courrier leaves & the live fish is in your safe custody - It is then total your responsibility to care for safe transition of fish from the bags they come in ito your home tanks - for the newbie hobbiest who are not aware about how to condition water, destress, quarantine and rehome your newly imported fish without killing them - please look up youtube there are tons of tutorials explaining the same or take advice from seasoned fish keepers on how to safely do the same.
