PROVINCE : No Local Delivery - Self Pick up your cargo from Airport or Bus Station - Please carry your Govt. ID.

Refund & Replacement Policy

There is always a risk involved in shipping Live Animals, especially when the joureny is long and stressful , but we understand the risk you take & the trust that you have in us for taking care of your precious cargo, therefore we will give you a 100% Refund back of your money in the unfortunate event of a Dead on Arrival Fish, or if you choose to receive a replacement, we can do that in the next upcoming shipment.
